1. Eligibility
听 听1.1听听听听听听 You must:-
听 听 听 1.1.1听听听听听听 be 16 years or older to play by post and 18 years or older to play online;
听 听 听 1.1.2听听听听听听 live in Great Britain; and
听 听 听 1.1.3听听听听听听 not be an employee of GTV视频, Railway Paths Limited or any third party involved in the Raffle.
听 听1.2听听听听听听 You must not submit entries on behalf of another person including anyone under the age of 16 years old.
听 听1.3听听听听听听 We may carry out checks to confirm that all entrants are over the age of 16 years old.
听 听1.4听听听听听听 If you do not satisfy these eligibility requirements or we reasonably believe that you have breached these terms or acted fraudulently or illegally, your entry will not be included in the Raffle. Your entry fee will not be refunded and instead treated as a donation (unless you are under 16 years old where the entry fee will be refunded).
听
2. Closing date
Entries will听close at midnight on 23 November 2023 and the prize draw will take place on 30 November 2023.
听
3. Entering the raffle
听 听3.1听听听听听听 All participants whose paid entries are received by midnight on 23 November 2023 will be entered into the draw.
听 听3.2听 听 听 听We cannot accept CAF vouchers or credit cards as payment for Raffle tickets. Any payments attempted to be made using a credit card will be rejected.听 听 听 听听
听 听3.3听 听 听 听 Each ticket is unique and has a serial number.听 This serial number shall be used to determine the winner.
听 听3.4听 听 听 听Tickets cost 拢1 each.
听 听3.5听 听 听 听You may purchase up to a maximum of 60 tickets either by post, online or a combination of the two entry methods.
听 听3.6听 听 听 听If we have not received your entry by midnight on 23 November 2023, you will not be entered into the Raffle and your entry fee will be treated as a donation.
听 听3.7听 听 听 听If you are entering by post:
- We will send your 20 tickets via post if you are a GTV视频 supporter who has donated within the past 12 months or taken part in the Raffle in the past three years, and we are able to contact you by post. You can request more tickets by emailing supporters@sustrans.org.uk.
- You must return postal entries to GTV视频 Raffle 2023, PO Box 1127, Maidenhead, SL6 3LN by 23 November 2023.
- You can pay for your postal tickets by completing the postal response form enclosed with the tickets, by debit card or by cheque payable to GTV视频.
听 听3.8听 听 听 听If you are entering online:
- You can pay for your tickets via debit card. We must receive payment by 23 November 2023 for your entry to be included.
听
4. Prizes
听 听4.1听听听听听听 You can view the full list of Raffle prizes at and the list is also included in the postal packs.
听 听4.2听听听听听听 We can replace any listed prize with another prize that is of equal or greater value.
听 听4.3听听听听听听 Prize winners will be picked at random in a secure environment and in the presence of an adjudicator.听 Prizes will be awarded in order of selection i.e. the first ticket drawn wins first prize and so on.
听 听 听 4.3.1听 听 听 The GTV视频 2023 Raffle Draw will be conducted on 30 November 2023. The draw will be conducted by utilising a Random Number Generator that has been tested and approved by an independent, Gambling Commission approved, third-party test house. The results of the draw are final.
听 听4.4听听听听听听 If you have won, we will contact you by post or telephone within 7 days of the draw. 听听Only the individuals named on the winning tickets can collect the prizes.
听 听4.5听听听听听听 Whilst every effort will be made to contact winners, if we are unable to make contact or award a prize within 90 days of the draw, the prize will be withdrawn. If a cheque payment from us remains uncashed after 90 days of the draw, the cheque will be cancelled and the prize will be withdrawn.
听 听4.6听 听 听 Based on the number of entries during our annual raffle in 2022, the chances of winning a prize from a single ticket was 1 in 2089.听
听 听4.7听 听 听 Of the ticket sales in the 2022 raffle, 34% went on expenses, 15% on prizes, and 51% came back to GTV视频 to help fund our work.
听
5. Fast Entry Draw
听 听5.1听 听 听 听To be entered into the Early Entry draw your paid entry must be received on or before 25 October 2023. Any entries received later than this date will only be entered into the main raffle draw.
听 听5.2听 听 听 Early Entry winners will win one of twenty-five Marks and Spencers vouchers valued at 拢20.
听 听5.3听 听 听 Early Entry winners will be randomly drawn by a Random Number Generator that has been tested and approved by an independent, Gambling Commission approved, third-party test house. The results of the draw are final.
听 听5.4听 听 听 The Early Entry draw will take place on 10 November 2023.听
听 听5.5听 听 听 If you have won an Early Entry draw prize, you will be contacted within 7 days of the draw. Only the individuals named on the winning tickets can collect the prizes.听
听 听5.6听 听 听 Whilst every effort will be made to contact early entry winners, if we are unable to make contact or award an early entry prize within 45 days of the draw, the early entry prize will be withdrawn.听
听 听5.7听 听 听 Winners of the Early Entry draw will also remain in the main Raffle draw.
听
6. Our responsibility to you
听 听6.1听听听听听听 We are only responsible for any loss or damage which is reasonably foreseeable and within our control. This means we are not responsible for matters including any loss as a result of lost, stolen, delayed or damaged tickets; void tickets; our inability to award your prize due to you providing incorrect or incomplete information; loss or damage caused to you by your participation in the Raffle or use of any prize.
听 听6.2听听听听听听 We will not limit or exclude in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by GTV视频, or its employees, agents or subcontractors, liability; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights in relation to our obligations.

7. Protection of your funds
Your entry fee to the Raffle and any prizes are not protected in the event of GTV视频 becoming insolvent.
听
8. Responsible gambling and self-exclusion
听 听8.1听听听听听听 We are committed to operating the Raffle in a socially responsible way. If you or somebody you know feel that you have problems with gambling, you can seek advice and support from or from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.

9. Complaints and disputes
听 听9.1听听听听听听 Our decisions on the Raffle are final.
听 听9.2听听听听听听 If you wish to raise a complaint, you can do so by contacting us at听supporters@sustrans.org.uk.
听 听9.3听听听听听听 If we do not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can ask for your complaint to be passed to the , which can provide Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to help resolve your complaint.

10. Data protection
听 听10.1听听听听听听 We will use your personal information for the purpose of administering the Raffle and if you are a prize winner, for promotional purposes. 11. General terms
听 听11.1听听听听 By entering the Raffle, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
听 听11.2听听听听 We have the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Raffle in whole or in part.
听 听11.3听听听听 We may amend these terms and conditions at any time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you of these changes before they come into effect.
听 听11.4听听听听 These terms and conditions, including any changes, will be available at or by request at supporters@sustrans.org.uk for the duration of the Raffle.
听 听11.5听听听听 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the English law and by entering the Raffle you agree to be subject to the exclusive authority of the English courts.
